At Digital Productivity Hub, we value transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our programs, services, and digital products.
By purchasing or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services—digital products, training programs, and professional services—all purchases are considered final, except where explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds are only granted under the conditions outlined below.
2. Training Programs & Courses
a. Digital Courses & Online Programs
- Payments for digital courses, recorded classes, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- This is because digital content cannot be “returned” after delivery.
b. Live Classes, Bootcamps & Cohort Programs
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A written request is submitted before the program officially begins, and
- The request is made within the specified refund window (if stated on the program page).
Once a program has started or a participant has attended any session, no refunds will be issued.
3. Professional & Consulting Services
Payments made for services such as:
- Branding
- Advertising
- Digital marketing
- Strategy or tech consulting
are non-refundable once:
- Work has commenced, or
- Resources have been allocated to the project.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative or processing costs.
4. Events, Workshops & Masterclasses
- Payments for events (physical or virtual) are non-refundable.
- However, we may allow rescheduling or transfer of access at our discretion.
If an event is cancelled by Digital Productivity Hub, participants will be offered:
- A full refund or
- Access to a rescheduled event or alternative program
5. Partner Programs & Collaborations
Refund terms for partnership-based programs or joint initiatives will be governed by the specific agreement signed between all parties.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may occur. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and must include:
- Full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Proof of payment
- Reason for the refund request

Requests submitted outside the stated eligibility conditions will not be processed.
8. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Digital Productivity Hub reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
